Bergzicht Training focusses on a very important sector of the job market that are serviced by few organisations. That is to equip less privileged persons who have little or no scholastic education or limited working skills with the skills they need to rise above their circumstances of poverty. Especially women are trained for the relevant careers that will enable them to earn a living and grow in self-esteem. An internal Placing Bureau ensures successful job placement after the training.
